What Volume is your happy?
A few days ago I sat working on my laptop, my husband laying resting in the bed next to me, I chose to watch the Movie "We bought a Zoo." A little bit about the beginning of this movie...family of four, mom recently passed away, widowed dad left to raise their two kids alone. It's a good movie about a family that works through their trauma and comes out on the other side truly blessed.

In the first few minutes of this movie, the evidence of trauma comes vividly apparent and you can see that they need a change drastically. That night, as the dad puts the daughter to bed, their neighbors are having a party and she says "Their happy is too loud."
Their family needs a start over.
Have you ever been through something that you just needed a start over? Our family truly has encountered the need for a start over. Health traumas have tainted our life for many years.
Have you ever been through a family situation that turned your life upside down? We have, more than once, and we have lived through it and are on the other side.
Have you ever felt like you just want to erase what happened and start over? Absolutely.
Are you going through something right now that you're having a hard time with? Let's connect.
Have you felt like your "happy" volume has been turned down? Let's check the volume.
I have learned that to find hope in life, I needed something to look forward to yet I had a hard time finding it by myself.
When I turned and focused on my Faith, things seemed to begin to look up. God helped me to see the hope in our life again.
Where do you turn to find hope?
Would you like to start working towards turning the happy volume back up in your life?
Come join my community where we are working towards finding the blessings in life.
In the midst of the chaos, we are finding the Joy in the moments, and turning our happy volume back up.
We are finding FAITH, discovering HOPE, and sharing LOVE.

Living Life Beyond Blessed

Welcome friend, I am so glad you are here!

My name is Kat Hall, and this space is created for Veteran families, caregivers, and anyone walking through seasons that feel heavy and chaotic, or uncertain.

I am a Faith-filled Jesus love, a sailor’s wife (Which means I love deeply and occasionally cuss a little), a wife and longtime caregiver to my love, Jon a differently-abled Veteran. I am a proud mom to young adults, a fur mama to our husky pack and a cat, and most joyfully, a Gigi to 7 amazing grandbabies.

Caregiving and service have been woven into my life for over 30 years. I’ve served families in many capacities - from owning a military-certified home daycare, to providing in-home elder care during the final blessed years of life, to walking the long, sacred road of caregiving for my husband for more than two decades.

Along the way, life has brought its share of military transitions, major medical challenges, disability, natural disasters, job loss, and seasons of overwhelming uncertainty. Through it all, I’ve learned that while chaos may be unavoidable, losing yourself in the process doesn’t have to be.

This space exists to empower, encourage, and gently guide veteran families and caregivers-not with perfection or pressure, but with lived wisdom, faith, and compassion,

My heart is to help you find steadiness, understanding, and support on your journey- while still honoring who you are, not just what you carry.

Here, you’ll find encouragement, resources, and reminders that you are not alone as you learn to
Find Faith, discover Hope, and share Love.

If you’re ready to live your life with more peace, purpose, and grace - even in the midst of caregiving - you’re welcome here.
Let me help guide you to Living Your Life Beyond Blessed!

Love and Blessings,
xo Kat
